strongly hint at the vehicle’s new turbo engine capabilities. The freshly designed wings and side sills of the Boxster’s flanks once again distinguish it from previous models, whilst the 19-inch wheels add to the vehicle’s sporty nature. With the rear wheels measuring an extra half inch in width than those of its predecessors, the lateral dynamics of the car have been noticeably improved. The rear body of the 718 has also undergone a restyling process that has resulted in a more powerful appearance. The accent strip with integrated Porsche badge between the tail lights is a major feature contributing towards this upgraded look. The design of the rear is now sharper and shapelier than any previous Boxster and we battled to find any feature that we felt could use obvious improvement. Overall, the designers at Porsche have managed to accomplish something rather remarkable with this brand new 718.

The familiar two seat interior environment of the 718 Boxster is what greeted us as we entered the vehicle, albeit upgraded with new elements.
