Our abled team comprises of professionals from various backgrounds and countries. They undergo a thorough selection screening process to make sure they are best fit for our market needs and customers.
To ensure the corporate standards are met, each new team member attends technical and customer service training at our corporate training center for at least 30 to 60 days before they come onboard. This practical guidance and examination allows the management to technically evaluate and confirm if the new member is able to deliver these services to the required standards.
To ensure that we maintain the level of skill required, our team is also enlisted into refresher training programs where they return to the corporate training centers to refresh skills and get updated on the latest trends.
The word “luxury” can sometimes be overused. What is luxury to you?
Being luxurious involves how we experience the things around us. For us ‘luxury’ is the appreciation, attention and enjoyment feeling experienced while in our facilities. Each customer must enjoy their treatment in the most relaxing and enjoyable setup to the point where they feel like a queen. There are many other simple luxuries that can be added without additional costs that can also shift our customers into a luxurious way of thinking.
With forever changing trends in the market it can be overwhelming for start-up businesses, what advice would you give people entering the beauty industry who decide to embark on such a challenge?
“Do what you love and love what you do.” is the mantra that I live by. My first advice to anyone wishing to get into any business is to ensure that they love what they do. The beauty business is a habit contagious business and what I mean is that your enjoyment will be contagious to your team and your team will transfer that enjoyment to your clients.
My second advice is to ensure they have the technical and managerial experience to build a successful beauty business model. While it may seem easy to open up a business in the beauty industry, many companies have closed down due to the drop in sales which was due to the lack of ability to deliver the quality the customers now expect.
The Qatar market is a sophisticated market and our customers expect high standards of service. Any new business should expect and be prepared to deliver a high standard of quality, which customers will demand.
