Go Natural With Brows

Lush eyebrows are always enviable but this year say goodbye to eyebrow stencils and harsh pencils. Eyebrow tinting and microblading have become very popular in the last few years but be sure to not go too overboard with it. A natural and slightly untamed brow frames your face beautifully and doesn’t attract all the attention to your brows but rather puts the attention on your whole complexion. All you need is some clear brow gel and an eyebrow brush, adding a little brow pencil into any gaps and you’re ready to go. You should always be able to see the hairs of your eyebrow, especially on the ends.

Lay Off The Contour

It’s time to put down the contour girls. The chiseled, contoured look that is super popular got a lot of attention thanks to the Kardashians but this season (or forever really) is better replaced with softer accents. Take a leaf out of Charlotte Tilbury’s book and go for soft bronzer that accentuates your features that is nicely applied with light strokes and a small dab of highlighter and blush.

Too Much Matte

We’re not swearing off matte trends altogether but a mix of matte foundation and a high-shine on lips and eyes is a good mix. Try a clear gloss and wear it by itself for a more natural look, or coat it over your favourite matte or cream shades for added dimension. Just like matte lipsticks, matte eye shadows are taking a backseat this season so get on board with shimmer and shine.

GLOWING, BARE SKIN

Perfect skin never goes out of style and a natural look is what you should be opting for this season. Bare faced beauty that glows from within is easy, you just need the right skincare. Your routine should include an exfoliator, hydration and moisture, and ingredients like Glycolic acid, Peptides, Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen and Vitamin C for all-round care, leaving you with skin ready to bare. Ramp up your regime with serums and sheet masks for glowing, healthy skin.
