We are the only Spa in Doha that is exclusively Clarins, we have regular training from Paris and our therapists are experts. I love my job, and of course, spas! I am fiercely passionate about this industry as I feel that a spa can genuinely help people relax and help to create a better state of mind. In today’s world we all suffer from stress and demands of both family and work life and I feel that experiencing the correct spa environment can relax you and help you to de-stress. My mission is always related to customer service and how we treat our guests and my personal mission is to make sure that all my staff are happy and well, because if they Are truly looked after then they will look after our guests. My passion is exercise as I believe that this is a wonderful productive way to keep young, keep motivated and remain positive.

How long have you been in the spa industry, and how long have you been the Spa Director at Marsa Malaz Kempinski?

I have been in the Health and Spa Industry for 20 years. I started at the bottom, both in the fitness and wellness industry, teaching classes and providing treatments as well as doing all the menial tasks like cleaning the treatment rooms and surrounding facilities. I am proud that this is the way that I have evolved my work ethos as it gives me the empathy and understanding of what I am asking my staff to do on a daily basis.

What are the most challenging and rewarding parts of your role?

The most challenging part of my job is to be desk bound sometimes as I love to talk to guests and interact with staff.

What is your favourite treatment to receive?

I love a facial as I find it very relaxing! However, when I was working in the
