Tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got into the Fitness Industry? What gave you the idea to set up ABS?

I’m from the UK and have been in the fitness industry 20 years. From the young age of 14 I took work experience in a fitness centre. Since then I have developed through various education streams and working roles to reach this point of starting my own company in the UAE. In my career I have worked with over 1000 people on a one-toone basis, transforming their mind and bodies. ABS was officially formed in February 2017. ABS is not based on my name, it’s an abbreviation for what we call “athletic body shape.” Athletic is to make us more fit and functional, Body is to connect the body and mind, Shape is create that desired aesthetic look. Since a young age I knew my purpose was to help people get healthier and happier. As a man, having a close relationship with my mother and sister gave me a sensitivity towards the challenges women face and my goals have also been to empower and uplift them.
