I was offered a beverage on arrival and as I sank into the comfy chair a refreshing drink swiftly followed. My therapists Pilar and Joan were absolutely lovely in all senses of the word and they truly carry the word ‘professionalism’ to the core of their duties. We’ve all been to salons where the therapists seem like their head is elsewhere and it affects the experience. Well not here, no siree! They talked me through the process whilst also making me feel effortlessly relaxed - smiles all around. I enjoyed a bespoke Margaret Dabbs Mani-Pedi where my lovely duo unleashed their specialist training to unveil the best looking tootsies and miracle workers that I’d seen in a long time which is no mean feat… and we do this for a living! It is important to add that the manicure and pedicure is not your average buff, file and polish with their perfectly curated products and we basqued in one of the first ever podiatric pedicures. We left with a heavy heart that we had to leave such a tranquil escapism, but, after a long tyrade of compliments from our peers we booked ourselves in for our next appointment and we admonish you to do the same!
