Design Concept.
Site Analysis.
The building concept aims to harmoniously blend traditional architectural elements with modern design principles. Emphasizing the integration of modern technology, the design prioritizes productivity and well-being. Local materials and patterns are carefully selected to reflect the locality and add a sense of place.
nature elements inside the building
To address modern human needs, the building will prioritize sustainability. It will incorporate energy-efficient systems, such as solar panels. Natural lighting and cross-ventilation will be maximized to create a healthier and more comfortable workspace, promoting employee well-being. To connect occupants with nature, the building will incorporate biophilic design principles. Green spaces, such as internal courtyards which will provide a refreshing and calming atmosphere.

Surroundings 1. The use of the limasan roof in the surrounding buildings creates a harmonious 2. unity with the architectural style. There is an accommodation facility situated behind the site that can only be accessed through the site. Although there is a large building blocking the view on the site, the distance is quite far, so if openings are made, they will not significantly affect the openings of the building itself.

Antare Art Gallery :
Living in and amongst the art Located in the contoured area of Embung Tambakboyo, Antare emerges as an art gallery offering a unique spatial and artistic experience. Embracing the concept of "in between," visitors can immerse themselves in the beauty of the natural elements surrounding them. This is achieved through the open spaces within the building, facilitated by transparent glass, partitions, and balconies. Moreover, the presence of a reflecting pool in the courtyard creates an illusion, making visitors feel intimately connected with the embung, eliminating any perceived distance.
