Previous Head of Industrial Design I would like to introduce you to this book of examples of the work of the graduating MDes and BA (Hons) students from the Coventry University creative three-dimensional design disciplines of Interior Design, Product Design and Automotive and Transport Design. The work demonstrates the subjective and objective qualities of design, which means that love for the work as well as awareness of the objectives are combined. The students’ substantial skills of drawing, modeling, and 3D CAD are evident as well as research techniques that explore issues including social responsibility, sustainability and designing the future. I strongly commend their work to you. Michael Goatman BA(Hons) MA Research ProBIDA MCSD SFHEA FRSA Coventry University Faculty of Arts and Humanities

//BEHIN D THE SCEN E S
Big thanks to all the wonderful workshop technisions and staff that have provided invaluable assistance in the model making process. The vision of this year’s degree show would’ve never been brought to life if it wasn’t for their skills, advice, and patience. Especially patience. From the deluge of questions in the very beginning of the year, all the way to the hopeless, typical student-rush at the end, we thank you sincerely. Oh, and we promise to return those tools before we go!
