Experienced Team In the modern industrialized world, construction usually involves the translation of designs into reality. A formal design team may be assembled to plan the physical proceedings, and to integrate those proceedings with the other parts. The design usually consists of drawings and specifications, usually prepared by a design team including surveyors, civil engineers, cost engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, structural engineers, fire protection engineers.

Effective management of a construction project is helped by first having an understanding of the complex nature of the construction team. A diverse bunch of consultants, builders and tradesmen come together and collaborate to complete a construction project before disbanding and moving on to the next one. It’s many parties worked together will arrive on the job with their own priorities and agendas.

be accepted for processing. All grading plan submittals shall be signed and stamped by a Civil Engineer and a geo engineer who are responsible for the preparation of the grading plans. Reduce construction and ongoing operation costs by implementing site grading, which includes drainage design, to minimize low, wet areas. Grading and drainage design can reduce cut/fill quantities, often saving you from importing costly material, exporting unnecessary material or stockpiling excess material during construction. Excluded from this 15% charge are any overages on material allowance items such as lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, etc. Change Order Administrative Fees – The first twenty (20) changes are included in the price of the home below. After the first twenty (20) changes, each additional Change Order will result in a $50 administrative fee.
