Service has always been a central component of Fairfield’s mission. In 1969, 40 students who participated in a service project in rural Kentucky, were cited in a letter from President Nixon. Fairfield’s students continue to participate in many service learning opportunities locally, nationally and internationally. S U N DAY

During exams, life on campus can get a bit stressful. There’s no better way to take a break than by building a snowman in the Quad, like these students in 1967. Today’s students unwind at Midnight Breakfast, which is served by faculty and staff. S U N DAY
