STAFF RESOURCES Visual reminders are important because they help us stay present in moments of stress and remind us to practice healthy self-care habits. Consider giving each staff member a card or notebook printed with tips for how to breathe and remain calm during challenging times. You can also add your company’s mental health resources to the back for easy reference. Take care of your people.
MAKE IT NICE! Add the cherry on top with custom packaging for your back to work gifts. If you don’t have the budget for custom printed boxes, consider adding a large label to a simple kraft box. TIP: If you go the label route, you can use them on a variety of box sizes too!
SOCIAL DISTANCING TOOLS Don’t assume it will be easy to keep your distance from one another. While it sounds simple, keeping a 6-foot distance from everyone at all times can actually be quite challenging. Move desks apart from one another as needed, or order acrylic safety shields to place between desks . Consider changing communal restrooms into one person bathrooms and have people wait in the hallway. Map out your office and change hallways to one-way traffic only, wherever possible. Many workplaces are shutting down their kitchens and coffee areas to minimize contact. Use social distancing floor graphics to help with the new flow of your office.

PRE-ORDERING The demand for PPE products like hand sanitizer has been overwhelming and many of our suppliers are scrambling to get stock in house. Inventory is shifting daily, if not hourly. Lead times can be up to three months with some suppliers while inventory can be on hand today with others. We’re working to access our own secure inventory to bring stable pricing and secure access to our clients on the most popular 2 oz bottles. We’re also working with clients to pre-book and get on a regular ordering cycle for the style and size they want.
HOW DOES IT WORK? We can place an order now with a supplier with the shortest lead time to secure your inventory, then book re-orders on 3 or 6 month cycles to ensure you have regular inventory coming in to support your return to work, meetings and events plans throughout 2020 and into 2021.
