Whether itʼs sporting pursuits, classes and clubs, learning opportunities, trips to the cinema or a picnic in the park, weʼve got something for everyone. General Information: Be prepared for getting wet so please bring an appropriate (full) change of clothes and a towel.

All sports coaches will be Disclosure Scotland checked. Parents must be responsible for the safe arrival and collection of their children. Please ensure your child brings any medication they need and inform the Coordinator. Photographs may be taken for promotional activities. If you have any objections to your child being photographed, please inform us during the booking process. If an activity is cancelled for any reason, where possible an alternative will be offered. If there is no suitable alternative then a refund will be given.

A consent form will need to be completed before participating in any of the activities. This will either be posted to you and must be returned before the camp or it can to be completed on the first day of the camp.

We’ve something different for you this Easter! We are offering unique, fun-filled activity camps. You get the chance to take part in canoeing, kayaking, biking and there is also a full programme of sports activities to try too, badminton, basketball, team challenges and much more.

Multi Sport Camp In partnership with Tryst Community Sports Hub The Tryst Community Sports Club based at Larbert High School is regarded as a leading example of community sports delivery in Scotland. Playing host to 13 top quality sports clubs and over 400 junior members the club offers the very best environment available for young people to become involved in sport. The multi-sport camp will offer young people the chance to take part in a huge variety of sports and activities delivered by some of the finest coaches in the country. Athletics @ GRANGEMOUTH STADIUM Monday 9th - Friday 13th April 2012 Grangemouth Stadium presents the Children's Athletic's StarTrack Festival for ages 5 – 14. This programme provides exciting opportunities for children to take part in athletics and learn the basic FUNdamentals, as developed by British Gymnastics (you can read more about the FUNdamentals at: www.british-gymnastics.org/fundamentals/ develop), and hone these skills through various games and events.

5-8 years Our 5-8 year old group is introduced to all athletics disciplines through fun skill sessions and games. They are taught the basic fundamentals of running, jumping and throwing which are techniques vital in most other sports. Mon – Fri, 10am-12pm Cost: £25

Blo-Karting: combines the grace of sailing with the adrenalin buzz of motor racing, imagine sitting a few inches of the ground and racing your friends across the sands at top speeds. Mountain Biking: off road cycling on single tracks and trails an opportunity to improve your bike handling and off road skills Canoe Trip: if you are a complete beginner or you have a little experience canoeing then this trip is for you Kayak Trip: for those who wish an introduction to kayaking with an emphasis on having fun while learning to stay upright this one is for you Bushcraft: learn a bit more about surviving in the woods, build shelters, light a fire and get involved in a whole lot of fun Gorge Walk: if you like an adventure why not join us scrambling up a steep river where you get the opportunity to take in some spectacular waterfalls and big jumps? Lots of opportunities to make a big splash! Rock Climbing: put your climbing skills to the test, how high can you climb? Adventure weeks: this Easter why not book a weekʼs activities? This is a chance to make new friends and learn new skills. We will offer a range of challenging, fun activities that will ensure your week with us is a memorable one. From cacao bean to cup; assist the cook as she prepares a chocolate drink enjoyed in times gone by. Taste exotic flavoured chocolate, including cinnamon, chilli and rose.

BEGINNER to LEVEL 3 B - No experience

On all full day courses participants are outside all day and must have a complete change of clothing, towel, packed lunch and drinks. The Outdoor Base will supply all specialist equipment. If you are taking part in water based activities please bring along an additional pair of old trainers that you wonʼt mind getting wet. Booking enquiries should be made to either Falkirk Community Trust, on 01324 590940 or at the Outdoor Base at Victoria Buildings.
