Make pancakes in six simple steps, add whichever topping you prefer – and even toss a few pancakes while you’re at it. Remember, always supervise kids in the kitchen.
How to make pancakes Ingredients

100g plain flour 2 eggs 300ml milk Pinch of salt Oil or butter

Sift the flour and salt into the mixing bowl. Create a well in the middle of the flour.
Add the eggs to the middle of the flour well and whisk together.
Gradually add the milk to the mixture and keep whisking until you have a smooth batter.

With help from an adult, wipe a little oil or butter into the frying pan with some kitchen towel. When the frying pan is hot, pour in the batter mixture using a ladle.
Cook for approximately 1 minute and then flip the pancake over onto its other side. Or use a spatula to help!
Once cooked, add whichever topping you prefer and enjoy!
