Camp Humphreys Family & MWR
Week of February 21-28
WEEKLY
Volunteers needed for Sensing Sessions The new Camp Humphreys is taking shape, and help is needed from Soldiers, Family Members, Civilian Employeesand even Teens as the time arrives to start replacing dirt with new buildings and facilities. Community input involves “sensing sessions” where members of the Community are shown plans for the new projects, get an explanation of what went into designing the facility or building and then asked for their suggestions and comments. FMWR Marketing is gathering a list of individuals willing to participate in upcoming sensing sessions. If you’re willing to help, please send your Name, Rank or Grade, Unit, Age, Sex, Cell phone number and E-mail address to Michael.mooney2@us.army.mil. Volunteer today!
Register now for Youth Baseball & Girls Softball It’s time to register your children for the upcoming baseball and girl’s softball seasons. Registration is open through the end of February. Humphreys offers baseball for children 3-18 and a softball program for girls 9-18. Register at Parent Central in the Youth Center. Also, coaches are still needed. If you’re interested, please call 753-5601 to start the process. All coaches are required to complete background checks.
