Max Biceps Curl Competition Any Area I Fitness Center
July 30 – August 7, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. • This event consists of competitors lifting a curl bar, 65 lbs (men)/45 lbs (women) as many times as they can in a 60 second period. • Two judges (Fitness Director/staff member) are assigned to each lifter, one to verify correct form (full range, no back arching) and one to count. • Each non approved (negative) rep is deducted from the total of approved (clean) reps. The overall winner will be the person who completes the most judge approved clean curls. • Chalk and gloves are not permitted. • All judges’ counts and decisions are final. • Trophies awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each men and women category.
