Located in the outskirts of Seoul, Bears Town Resort’s ski slopes have been officially approved by the International Ski Federation (ISF). Bears Town is a great destination for skiers of all skill levels. Ski lessons are available for beginners, and for those seeking a challenge. The resort also offers an ISF-approved Challenger Slope. Bears Town Resort also features a variety of restaurants serving everything from traditional Korean food to western-style fast food.
The Gangchon ski resort is a great destination for skiers of all abilities. The resort is located within a beautiful valley where skiers can enjoy a stunning view of the natural scenery while gliding down the slopes. Whether you want to experience the beginner, intermediate, or advanced slopes, everyone will enjoy a run that is over 1km in length.

USAG Red Cloud, Casey and Area I Libraries Ring in New Year with this
New Service!
Kindle Fires Ring in the New Year With New Service Kindle Fires (color) and Kindle Paperwhites (black & white). They will be available for check-out as Area I libraries receive them from the factory. These new E-Reading devices will be available for a maximum 2-week period. In order to check one of these devices out, library patrons must acknowledge and sign a check-out policy regarding loss or damage to the device while in their custody. Anyone interested in checking out one of the new E-Readers should contact their local library. Every effort will be made to get one to you as quickly as possible. The library management team welcomes, and greatly appreciates, patron feedback regarding not only this new service, but all library services as well. Patrons are encouraged to visit their Area library manager with any suggestions or comments they may have to improve library service in their community.
