Community Spotlight
CELEBRATE
MONTH OF THE MILITARY CHILD
We asked the children of Yongsan to share artwork and or an essay describing their experience as a Military Child with the Month of the Military Child Contests. The youth had the month of February to submit their artwork and or essays to the CYSS. In the first week of March, a board of seven childcare providers was chosen to select the most impressive and overall competition winners. Both children are in this edition of the Community Connection as an award. The art contestant will win one (1) night stay at the Lotte Hotel Seoul and their artwork will be featured on the CYSS Fun Fair t-shirts. The essay contestant will win tickets for them and their family to Lotte World. The winner of the art contest is Kylee Seeley, and the winner of the essay contest is Kennedy Morgan. The other participants should be very proud of themselves for expressing themselves and having the courage to submit their work. This being said we applaud all contestants and are thankful for our military children. Family and MWR is celebrating Month of the Military Child in a big way with a special at the Yongsan Lanes Bowling Center, a Month of the Military Child 5K and a CYSS Community Fun Fair. We will announce and present the winners with their prizes at the Fun Fair and will also announce the two (2) round-trip airline tickets to Shanghai winner.

RUSSIAN Russian Egg Roulette Friday, 8 April 2016
FRIDAY, 8 APRIL 1800-2000
Russian Egg roulette is a very silly but extremely fun game to play. In an eggshell, it consists of having six eggs, one of which is raw and the rest of which are cooked. The players must hit themselves on the heads with the egg, and the loser is the one who gets the raw egg––and mess!
