The 2015 Willamette Valley Vineyards Estate Pinot Noir expresses the terroir of the three vineyards: the original planting by Founder Jim Bernau at the winery in the Salem hills; Tualatin Estate planted by Oregon wine pioneer Bill Fuller in the foothills of the Oregon Coastal Range; and Elton planted by Dick and Betty O’Brien on the east face of the Eola-Amity hills.

2015 Willamette Valley Vineyards Méthode Champenoise Brut

Fine bubbles elevate an appealing bouquet of pear, golden apple, white flowers, ginger, and candied almond. Attractive lemon and floral notes meld seamlessly on the palate with baking spice and brioche flavors gained from extended sur lie aging. The creamy and elegant structure combined with lifting acidity carry these flavors through the lingering vibrant finish.

2017 Willamette Valley Vineyards Estate Chardonnay

Pale gold in color, lemon, minerality, and dried herb aromas fill the glass. The medium-bodied palate opens displaying beautiful texture and movement of flavors including lemon creme, lime zest, quince, honey, and baking spice, all framed by balancing acidity and a lingering finish.

2018 Willamette Valley Vineyards Whole Cluster Rosé of Pinot Noir

This wine is exquisitely aromatic with notes of nectarine, jasmine, and ruby red grapefruit. The palate is juicy and displays fresh peach, kiwi, and floral honeysuckle flavors while remaining bright and balanced by mouthwatering acidity. The finish carries tropical papaya and guava essences well beyond the sip.
