Martial Arts with Fortitude Taekwondo is not all about punching and kicking. We don’t “fight”. We develop and hone skills. From a beginner white belt to black belt and beyond, we instil values.

You see, Taekwondo is actually 3 words in one. It translates into “Foot Fist Way”. Yes, we teach how to use tools to kick or punch powerfully, however the “Do” teaches us to treat people with respect and to “Build a more peaceful world”.

We teach about the 5 tenets of Taekwondo Courtesy Integrity

Without the tenets to underpin training, ego can creep in. The Father and Founder of Taekwondo Grandmaster General Choi Hong Hi 9th Dan taught humility; urging practitioners to remain humble and seek out perfection rather than assuming it.

We have Dads training with their children, brothers and sisters and aunts and uncles! Friends do free trials together and new friendships are formed and forged in classes.
