Strong Seller's Market
The market has been cooling over time and prices have recently flattened. Despite the consistent decrease in Market Action Index (MAI), we’re in a Seller’s Market (where significant demand leaves little inventory available). If the MAI begins to climb, prices will likely follow suit. If the MAI drops consistently or falls into the Buyer’s zone, watch for downward pressure on prices.

School Goals
State Goals
Safe & Welcoming Environment
Alberta Rider has a history of successful outcomes in both reading and math. We will build on those successes, increasing the number of students reaching state benchmarks by focusing on the whole child to ensure equitable outcomes. This involves daily social emotional learning, best instructional practices focusing on explicit instruction, culturally responsive teaching, and high expectations for all students. We will strengthen existing systems of teacher collaboration and leverage our 1:1 technology to the benefit of all students.
The Oregon Department of Education is partnering with school districts and local communities to ensure a 90% ontime, four year graduation rate by 2025. To progress toward this goal, the state will prioritize efforts to improve attendance, provide a well-rounded education, invest in implementing culturally responsive practices, and promote continuous improvement to close opportunity and achievement gaps for historically and currently underserved students.
TTSD continuously evaluates and responds to the needs of our ever-changing world. With an uncompromised commitment to the safety and well-being of our students and staff, we will maintain a safe, respectful and rigorous learning environment. Our goal is that all students attend school where they feel physically and emotionally safe and respected. We are led by district policies that mandate no discrimination or harassment of our students, families or employees based upon race, ethnicity, religion, national origin and other protected classes.

Safe & Welcoming Environment
Our Twality community includes everyone, values all voices, and celebrates kindness and learning. We are committed to equitable outcomes for each and every student. This year, we are working on improving teacher/student relationships by introducing restorative circles to deliver content and build strong communities. In addition, we are striving for four positive reinforcements to every correction. Technology will be leveraged to give students targeted, specific, and timely feedback on their progress in literacy and math.
