School Goals
State Goals
Safe & Welcoming Environment
1. 85% of students will exhibit positive relationships with peers & staff as measured by reducing 19-20 discipline, by reducing 19-20 chronic absenteeism & by increasing student voice and choice.
The Oregon Department of Education is partnering with school districts and local communities to ensure a 90% ontime, four year graduation rate by 2025. To progress toward this goal, the state will prioritize efforts to improve attendance, provide a well-rounded education, invest in implementing culturally responsive practices, and promote continuous improvement to close opportunity and achievement gaps for historically and currently underserved students.
We consistently review data and reports to adjust our schoolwide PBiS practices and processes to provide a supportive teaching and learning environment. This year, we implemented a 7th/8th grade leadership course to increase student voice and choice in schoolwide practices and increase opportunities for student recognition. Our Equity Team continues to support Culturally Relevant Teaching and Learning to meet diverse learner needs and improve cultural responsiveness within the school community.
2. 8th grade math achievement will increase to prepare more students for 9th grade math success by a 10% increase (19-20) in iReady data & OSAS achievement. 3. Reduce chronic absenteeism to engage students in a supportive learning environment by a 10% decrease (19-20) in chronic absenteeism.

About Our School BULLYING, HARASSMENT, AND SAFETY POLICIES
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
PARENT ENGAGEMENT
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
We strive for our school to be free from discrimination, safe and healthy. Each student is entitled to come to school in an environment in which learning is valued and disruptions are minimized. Our discipline philosophy is designed to produce behavioral changes that will enable students to develop the self discipline necessary to remain in school and to function successfully in their educational and social environments. Lessons in regard to prevention of, and appropriate response to, acts of harassment or bullying are taught within our school and all entities are encouraged to report any bullying and harassment to school officials.
Clear Creek Middle School offers academic, enrichment, and athletic activities to students in district and SUN School sessions: · SUN School provides enrichment and co-curricular offerings before, during, and after school (Art, STEAM, leadership, and others)

Please see our school website for specific information about our various activities. Two-way communication and active engagement is key. We have community liaisons that support Spanish and Russian families. In addition, we access telephonic language interpretation and schedule outside interpreters as needed to support families from all other language backgrounds.
Clear Creek Middle School enjoys partnerships with local businesses and organizations to support school and community needs during and after the school day. Our Parent Association coordinates volunteer opportunities for families to support students and staff through fundraising, recognitions, and during-the-day volunteer activities in the school and classrooms. Student leadership identifies annual needs at the local, state, national, and international level to support.

School Goals
State Goals
Safe & Welcoming Environment
Gresham High School is focused on aligning attendance, academic interventions, and behavior supports for all students. Through our School Improvement Plan, we work with students to recognize successes, and build individualized support plans to meet the diverse needs of our learners.
We celebrate the diversity of our families, our staff, the rich language, and the cultural assets each person brings to our District. We honor and uphold the right to freedom of speech and expect individuals to exercise that right responsibly. The District will be steadfast in providing a safe and welcoming environment for ALL.
