IMPORTANT NOTE TO APPLICANTS The Knowledge Institute seeks to promote leadership among the youth of Swaziland. The Institute aims to achieve this mission by identifying, educating and equipping demographically diverse individuals who have the potential to excel and make a significant future impact as high impact entrepreneurial leaders. All information requested by The Knowledge Institute will be kept confidential. The Knowledge Institute will not disseminate any personal information unless specifically authorised on page 16 of this application. Submission of this application form to The Knowledge Institute does NOT automatically guarantee that you (the applicant) will be awarded the The Knowledge Institute Young Leaders Fellowship. Please ensure that you submit the application form in good time in order to meet the application deadline. Application forms received after 31st December 2013 (14H00)will NOT be considered. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS The Knowledge Institute application consists of four components. A. Application data form B. Copy of last two school reports C. Five (5) Short answer questions Please complete the following three pages and attach copies of your last two school reports and your exam results. We cannot accept incomplete applications. Please also write your name and contact information on each page, and be sure to keep a full copy for your records. You can send your application to The Knowledge Institute at hello@theknowledgeinstitute.org DEADLINE: 31st December 2013 Beginning 31st December 2013 applications will be evaluated. Our Selection Committee will review all applications when submitted and select Finalists. Notification will be provided to applicants within two weeks of submission of the complete application as to selection as a Finalist. Upon designation as a Finalist, an interview with a member of the TKI staff will be scheduled promptly (interview by phone or in-person). The application process is designed to be rigorous and early application increases chances of acceptance, as we have only a limited number of spaces in the program.
