Zhejiang Radio and Television _Ningbo Xiangshan Film and Television Base

Client: Zhejiang Xiangshan of Film and Television (base) Co., Ltd., PRC

Project area: 1,000 Mu / 66.6 Hectare

Location: Ningbo, China

Building on the success and influence of a strong existing movie studio and the excellent coastal resources of Xiangshan County, the project aims to be a year-round tourist complex integrating themed entertainment, movie and TV filming, leisure and vacation activities and creative industries functions. The design reflects the authenticity and uniqueness of the local maritime culture. The branding of the existing studios is strengthened and restructured in order to usher in a new era for movie studios: the experiential tourist complex.

Qatar Hydro Knowledge Park

Location: Doha, Qatar

MCM International Group has won an international competition to design, build and install a children's discovery museum for the Qatari government. Kahramaa Awareness Park is located in Doha, Qatar, and opened in July 2015. As an experiential center that educates children ages 4 to 18 by stimulating perceptions through interactive displays, rides and performances, the museum aims to explore how to live sustainably.

Beingmate Town Urban Design Project

Beingmate Children Growth Town will create a platform that gathers children related creative industries, children & family service, tourism, commercial & riverside outdoor park in which the Beingmate brand as the leading force. In the key function, it includes children related creative industry, this will have a office part and brand experiential part. For tourism and commercial part, it includes children entertainment, amusement, outdoor park, sports,creative art landscape ,commercial complex and commercial street etc. For the supporting function zone, it includes residential neighborhood development with schools and hospital.

Luneng Wenchang Pebble Beach Love Themed Resort Project

Chongqing Hanfeng Lake Amusement Center
