She faced some struggle initially, but then the rewards have been substantial.

“I’ve learned that to compete in this cut-throat industry, you have to be at the top of the game and lead by example to our younger generations.”

~Anjali Chauhan

Views On Equal Competition

According to Anjali’s perception, the response and reaction of folks regarding the subject of Equal Competition for women as that of men are mixed. She meets people who are awestruck by her incredible achievements, regardless of their gender. On the other hand, she also meets people, even women, who do not consider some women as their competition or sometimes even look down upon them. A recent situation experienced by Anjali and her team was an apt example, where a lady at a higher position did not take her seriously, and turned towards men in her team for answers. This gender bias needs to end.

She states, “We need to earn our respect from our professional merits and not by our gender.”

Achievements And Milestones

Started from a tiny office that could accommodate just Ninety employees, and additionally, the furniture was designed by them personally. It was itself a commendable thing. Now, they have a four level building, in which they are running a huge studio and a learning institute.

They haven’t employed a sales team for business acquisition. All their clients, from acquiring to delivery to aftersales, are dealt by a small but friendly team of smart professionals.

Proudly Anjali says, “Because of our capability to deliver high quality products, even our earliest clients who came to us when the company started off, sing praises of our achievements. Our ability to over deliver has been the mantra to holding our trusted clients.”
