OA and OC show their management giving motivation and incentives to the employee in regards to performances, shows positive rather effective leadership style in management, always follows technology trends and provide training and development for the employee. However, OB shows negative results on management obligation to motivate their employee, which correlates with not providing training and development and independent in following the technology advancement in construction industry.

OC resulted the dependency towards the employee self-motivation, own goal for personal growth and achieving organization goal and enthusiasm to improve construction related skills by joining training and development. OB also highlighted that the organization is a merely profit-oriented which do not encourage personal goal. OA shows a positive towards employee personal growth in line with organization goal. Overall, it indicates that all companies show their efforts to provide the conducive and helpful working environment.

All the organization show good communication between management and staff with limited challenges. However, communication is a very subjective matter, where effective communication is a talent for personal and professional growth and it is often the most difficult in project management

Efficiency practice in the organization are different from different types of companies. For Employee aspect, both Public and Private organization seem implement efficiency practice by trying to put a helpful environment in the organization and they desire to learn new technology in daily practice but in aspect of contribution in training and development, motivation on daily practice, own setup goals, it seems depend on the employees itself. 2/8/21
For Organization Climate aspect, both Public and Private organization seem implement efficiency practice by giving motivation, leadership, provide training and development, giving incentives, providing goals, use updated technology
For Communication Aspect both Public and Private organization seem implement efficiency practice by proper communication instruction, always conduct discussion, get feedback from the employee, common language.
Organization A that is Large Companies have a systematic an proper efficiency practice in their organization from aspect of Organization Climate, Employee Aspect and Communication aspect Organization B that is SME Companies have implement efficiency practice in Communication aspect. But for organizational climate, they not implement practice like motivating employee and did not provide training and development to the employee. For employee aspect they implement all the efficiency practice except did employee did not planned personal goal to in-line with organization goals 11
