Introduction to Gilding with Goldleaf Sat 18 March 10am–4pm · £95 Learn about traditional gilding techniques and how to tell the difference by looking at gilded examples. Participants will gild a sample board with water-gilding and use oil-gilding to form a small relief moulding to take home. For ages 16+.

Mend, Patch, Darn Sat 25 March 10am–1pm · £45 Learn a variety of traditional and contemporary ways to mend and lengthen the life of your clothes. All materials are included but bring along your own items for advice and inspiration. For ages 16+.

Watercolour Florals Sat 25 March 10am–4pm · £90 Experienced textile designer Sarah Metcalfe will show you how to experiment with ink and bleach and help you to loosen up your style. There is an optional opportunity to have your creations from the day printed as a unique silk scarf. For ages 18+.

Craft brings people together and provides everyone with the opportunity to develop and express their creativity through making.
