FUTURE LEADERS
AFA provides a structured, nurturing environment consisting of both boarding and day students from an average of 17 countries and 15 states. The diverse population provides a rich cultural learning experience.
We not only prepare students for college, we develop critical thinkers for the twenty-first century. Our graduates are more prepared for the college environment as a result of the unique boarding setting.
Our military component is in place primarily to instill the values of selfdiscipline, organization, accountability, leadership, and respect for self and others.
Rich in history, the Academy was established over 75 years ago and is proud to say it has graduated two of the twelve moon-walking astronauts in our country’s history.
