SHIPPING

Domestic orders ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. International orders will be shipped the most economical method unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes applied to their orders. Expedited services are available upon request.

Various LTL carriers are available for large and/or consolidated orders provided that dealership can accommodate pallets. Inform your rep if you cannot receive pallets.

PAYMENT

Payment will be due 30 days from date of invoice. Invoice will be dated on the shipment date.

For any payment not made by the due date, the customer shall be obliged to pay interest thereon at the rate of 2% per month from the due date until date of payment.

WARRANTY

Claims against the company and returns of merchandise are limited to either the cost price of the goods, or their replacement.

Goods may only be returned to the company for defects or non-conformity with the order. Claims for defective merchandise and/or non-conformity of orders must be made in writing within 30 days of receipt by the customer.

The company requires photo proof at the time of warranty request. Without sufficient validation the company will not process warranty requests.

The company shall not be obliged to settle any claims after the times specified above. The company will not research any claims older than 12 months.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be no cancellations on ordered merchandise in progress.
