Fashion4Freedom (F4F) is a socially minded design house. Through Village Sourcing, a service to connect brands and interna=onal buyers to an ethical and transparent network of high-‐end suppliers, we aim to open new markets for isolated suppliers and preserve ancient art forms.
Fashion4Freedom (F4F) has invested capital and product development training into over 40 small businesses, rural entrepreneurs and cra: villages in central Vietnam. The following deck outlines a selecAon of businesses whose quality, execuAon and producAon has reached internaAonal standards to be included in our private collecAon. We aim to share our ethical supply chain with other socially minded partners in order to spur economic development and preserve the tradiAonal cra:s and livelihoods of the former imperial capital – Hue, Vietnam.

HERITAGE ART
Woodcra:
Our woodcra: village has produced the intricate wood art within Pagoda’s and Imperial Palaces throughout Vietnam for over seven hundred years. Chu Tong, the master cra:sman, leads the wood art operaAons and manages the village members to assign tasks for each contract. In addiAon to our signature dragon shoes, his wood art can be translated into home décor, furniture and kitchen supplies. The types of wood available include: Lychee, Mango and White Lilac. The weight and natural colors vary depending on the type of wood.

Indigenous beaded fabric!
The indigenous fabric is sourced from the Ta Oi women’s coopera=ve in Aluoi Valley. Located in a region devastated by Agent Orange during the Vietnam – American War, the coopera=ve is eager to bring their cultural art from of fabric weaving to the outside market.
Fabric can be rendered into pillows, placemats and blankets. The fabric colors, designs and beading style can be altered based on customer demand.
F4F works with 2 bamboo village coopera=ves in central Vietnam. The villages produce fans, lamps, furniture and home décor. If not producing bamboo art, the craL members can be found harves=ng their rice fields.
