Covid-19 Protection Framework Update As you may be aware, the Government recently announced a new COVID-19 Protection Framework supported by COVID-19 Vaccination Certificates. This framework is expected to come into effect at 11.59pm on 2 December 2021, after which all persons visiting any Fashion Biz premises will need to produce a vaccine certificate to prove that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, before being allowed to enter the facility. To align with the COVID-19 Protection Framework, the Government has mandated vaccinations for workers at businesses where customers need to show COVID-19 Vaccination Certificates, and we are pleased to announce that all Fashion Biz staff on site will be fully vaccinated. To enable us to process all visitors into our facilities seamlessly and with minimum disruption, please ensure that you have with you a device with your vaccine pass readily available for scanning by one of our friendly team. There are a few forms your pass can take, including: 1. Print it out and carry it around on paper; 2. Download it as a PDF file, or screenshot on your phone; or 3. Connect it to your Google Pay or Apple Wallet account by following the link provided when your pass is emailed to you. A hard copy of your pass is handy when your phone’s out of battery, and an image in your camera roll is fine – but a digital wallet is the most convenient way to guarantee access to your QR code. Fashion Biz fully supports the Covid-19 Protection Framework as a really important step towards keeping ourselves, our workplaces, workmates, our whānau, and our communities safe. We also encourage everyone to keep up those good habits like washing hands, staying home if we’re unwell and using the COVID Tracer app with Bluetooth turned on. Our Christchurch and Wellington showrooms are currently available to visitors, with the Auckland showroom available from 17 January 2022. As the Covid-19 Protection Framework becomes law from midnight on 2 December, please ensure that you follow the guidelines above as businesses that do not comply with vaccine pass requirements could be fined up to $15,000. While the rest of our offices around the country have been open to visitors under Alert Level 2, we look forward to welcoming all of our Auckland customers back to our Auckland facility from the 17 January 2022. Kind regards, Team Fashion Biz
