WHO WE ARE ARCHVILLA is youthfull and up-to-date engineering firm. A practice of motivated and passionate architects, designers, and engineers. Each member of our diverse team offers their specialized expertise to collaborate on and cover all the facets of a project, from the concept design stage to construction mangement and supervision. At ARCHVILLA, our mission is to collaborate to become a leading consultancy firm in creative design and engineering solutions that resolve our clients’ social, environmental & economic needs. Our team has successfully developed functional and meaningful projects in Lebanon, Syria, KSA, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, and north Africa.

FOUNDERS HUSSEIN WANNOUSSE Co-Founder, Architect & Urban Planner
Has a PhD in city/urban, community and regional planning from the Lebanese University; and currently a lecturer at various universities in Lebanon and Syria. He established the 1st branch of the firm in 2010 in Beirut. As a manager of Archvilla he is persistent to create symbolic designs manifesting our times, inspired by artistic values and supported by state-of-the-art technology. He provide great designs that improves our modern lives, enhances our living conditions and continuously raises the bar. For Hussein his will is to design not only for today, but also for tomorrow.
FATIMA H. KHANAFER Co-Founder & Architect
Completed a master’s degree in Architecture from the Lebanese University- FBAA1 in 2017. She has successfully designed numerous unique architectural projects since 2015. Fatima Khanafer co-founded Archvilla- Bint Jbeil Branch in 2018 and is Principle Architect at Archvilla BJ, where she takes on the design and supervision of substantive, highend, and experimental projects. For Fatima, design is the result of the careful integration of the client’s aspirations, the project’s programmatic requirements, as well as the nature and character of the site.

Team Design Leader, experienced in developing architectural studies from conceptual phase to preliminary and final design submittals.
Graduated from the Lebanese University- FBAA1 in 2016.
Develops detailed and final execution drawings.
Lead and manages the building envelopes design process.
Produces high quality 3D visualizations and renderings.
Experienced in developing façade and skin elements designs for projects that cover airport buildings, towers, educational and sports complexes and other types of buildings.
Revit Architecture modeler. Recently worked as a junior architect at REC.
Worked for ESS “Envelopes and Special Structures” Firm.
MOHAMAD NASRALLAH
ABBASS TRABOULSI
Structural Engineer
Electro-Mechanical Engineer
Graduated in 2014 and completed a master’s degree in petroleum structures in 2017. Employed at Mega Prefab Sal.
Lebanese University graduate in 2013. He obtained a master’s degree in Renewable Energy from Saint Joseph University (ESIB) and LU (ULFG3) in 2017.
He has a wide experience in structural design as well as performing the required bill of quantities (BOQ). Mohamad is specialized in performing designs and execution drawings for precast prestressed elements (hollow core, prestressed beams, pre-slab, etc...).
Experienced in designing and developing mechanical and electrical shop drawings. Develop and estimates quantities and costs of materials. Employed at Amin Developers.
