NEW YORK- MANHATTAN VILLE
An affordable housing projects that looks at the city of New York and specifically the city of Manhattanville as a prospective site. This project aims at developing an affordable and market rate housing that have specific guidelines and constraints.
The project looks at different FAR ratios and study the potentiality of creating a domestic space of the individual inhabitant, indisputably re-positioned public housing as infrastructure that could catalyze urban transformation, learning from both failed precedents such as the Pruitt-Igoe project as from successful examples in cities and suburbs across the United States and around the world.

STADIUM IN VENICE
The stadium on the lagoon serves as a dual-purpose facility, functioning as a public park with pools of varying depths for recreational enjoyment alongside football matches, attracting locals and the public to the island.
WATER ENTRANCE MAINTAINS VENETIAN CULTURE, PROVIDING DIRECT ACCESS TO THE STADIUM VIA BOAT. STADIUM'S CONNECTION TO WATER REINFORCES VENICE'S IDENTITY
OPENINGS AT EACH CORNER OF THE STADIUM OFFER SEAMLESS ACCESS AND EMBRACE THE LAGOON'S PRESENCE
THE LANDSCAPE DESIGN DRAWS INSPIRATION FROM WATER, FEATURING A RIPPLE EFFECT THAT SHAPES A WAVE-LIKE TERRAIN.
