Red Gorilla™ is a brand that evolved from several market leaders, including Tubtrugs®, Gorilla Tub® and Gorilla Broom®. Offering a range of superb quality and durable products, giving you more opportunities for sales.
A
fter many years selling Tubtrugs® and other products to various sectors worldwide, we decided to merge them into one brand identity for the entire business.
Red Gorilla is the new name for our whole business, from our products right through to our website and social media pages. The new image keeps marketing simple and effective whilst communicating a strong message of reliability and durability to the consumer. ™
The decision was led by our customers. Market research revealed that the Tubtrugs® name was limiting and confusing. Consumers felt Tubtrugs® didn’t connect to products other than flexible tubs, restricting our ability to grow and diversify.
This also affected cross-brand purchases, when consumers didn’t realise all products were from the same reputable company. Gorilla Tub® and Gorilla ® Broom are a massive part of our worldwide company. Our ambition for the change was to develop the Gorilla brand, using the consumer awareness we already have but with a friendly and smily face.

The ambition is that we, as a company, alongside our retailers sell more products; and ultimately that has to be music to our ears! Our Red Gorilla™ is called Red and he has a smile on his face; implying a product that gives strength and satisfaction to the consumer. You’ll also notice the G on his ear; that has helped make the “logo” a registrable trade mark.
