INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY KELVIN JOINER Work orders: 48 new, 49 closed. Projects: Continuing to work on a list of technology needs for the new City Hall building; reviewing audio-visual plan for new City Hall; new security camera review; Courtroom live-streamed; continued with documents retention program; reviewed and responded to numerous City project e-mails. Meetings: Georgia Crime Information Center audit meeting; assisted with the Fayetteville Downtown Development Authority teleconference; personnel meeting; Bluebeam meeting.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BRIAN WISMER Economic Development: Final preparations for the Alcohol Ordinance revisions for July 2 City Council meeting review; continued management of tank mitigation on new City Hall project site. Main Street: Continued preparations for safely reopening the amphitheater, with the first concert scheduled for July 17. Downtown Development Authority: Site visit and concept plan review for Lester House redevelopment.

POLICE DEPARTMENT SCOTT GRAY ¡ We had an armed robbery at the Dollar General on Banks Road. Three
masked gunmen entered the store taking cash. We have developed several leads and are following up on them.
¡ We are finalizing our police use of force forum and classes planning, and we
should be releasing information on them soon. We will post the information on o social media accounts and including them in the City Manager’s Weekly Report.
FIRE DEPARTMENT ALAN JONES Events: Nine paramedics completed Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) recertification; all shifts completed Emergency Medical Services in-service training for June at the Emergency Response Training & Support Services location in Fayetteville; Fire Lieutenant Rick Swales was promoted to Captain. Projects: Deputy Chief Linda Black attended various webinars throughout the week with Georgia Department of Public Health officials regarding COVID-19. Daily cleaning and sanitizing of self-contained breathing apparatus continues. Division Chief Jeff Gable continues to update the COVID-19 Incident Action Plan. Chief Jones and Chief Black attended budget review meetings for the upcoming fiscal year; Chief Jones worked on the Staffing for Adequate Fire & Emergency Response (SAFER) grant reimbursement; the statewide Mutual Aid Agreement has been finalized; the GovDeals auction is complete, and buyers will begin collecting items next week.

PUBLIC SERVICES DEPT. CHRIS HINDMAN Public Works: Cleaned City Hall and Police Department; cut and maintained Jimmie Mayfield Boulevard, Bradley Drive, Highway 92 South, Helen Sams Parkway, South Jeff Davis Drive, White Road, New Hope Road, Highway 314, fountain area, Church Street Park, Patriot Park, Hood Avenue roundabout, Kathi Avenue roundabout, and Lafayette Avenue between Highway 85 and Tiger Trail; repaired sidewalks on Doe Hollow Trace and Otter Circle. Stormwater: Repaired catch basin erosion on River Birch. Sewer: Average daily flow treated was 2.2 million gallons per day; performed weekly maintenance at 26 lift station sites; maintained wastewater plant and remained in compliance of our permit requirements. Water: Average daily flow of 1.5 million gallons of system demand; repaired 10 water leaks; performed maintenance on 15 water meters; maintained water plant and remained in compliance of our permit requirements. Utility Locates: 48
HUMAN RESOURCES DEPT. NELLA COOPER Personnel: Continuing with the implementation of the Performance Management and Performance Appraisals platform on ClearCompany; continuing to focus on COVID-19 and federal and state requirements relating to City employees; continuing to review various reports and updates related to COVID-19 in order to remain in compliance; keeping spreadsheet updated for potential City employee pandemic cases; requesting proper leave forms to be completed by employees who are out of work due to COVID-19-related absences; working with Finance on Fixed Assets reports for accuracy; preparing documents for employee meetings to discuss new proposed pension plan changes. Turn Over Report: There was one new hire and no terminations.
