CITY CLERK / DEPUTY CLERK ANNE BARKSDALE Meetings: Staff meeting 3/2; Command Staff meeting 3/2; Management Team at Georgia Capitol 3/4; Clerk attended Georgia Municipal Clerks Association Board meeting 3/5-6; Deputy Clerk attended City Council meeting 3/5. Projects: Georgia Cities Week; finalized agenda for upcoming Georgia Municipal Association annual conference; updating clerk sections of website. Open Records Requests: 5

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY KELVIN JOINER Work orders: 56 new; 49 closed. Projects: Continuing to work on a list of technology needs for the new City Hall building; installed ceiling microphone in courtroom; vendor hardware upgrade; weekend software upgrade; continued working with City Manager on software implementation; researching better Performance Management solution. Meetings: Attended International City/County Management Association leadership training; met with Court, Community Development, Water Department, and Sewer Department to determine upcoming technology budget needs; Management Team to Georgia Capitol.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BRIAN WISMER Economic Development: Hosted Urban3 presentations at City Council meeting and at Fayette Chamber of Commerce; submitted Final Field Plan Review to the Georgia Department of Transportation for the hospital area trail/bridge project; Management Team visited Georgia Capitol. Main Street: Continued preparation of 2020 Concert Series, including capital repairs and ticketing. Downtown Development Authority: Purchased commercial building at 119 South Glynn Street for future redevelopment; continued discussions on Downtown real estate options.

POLICE DEPARTMENT SCOTT GRAY Training: Seven officers attended advanced training. Personnel: We will be conducting testing for an open police officer position. There are 10 certified officer candidates testing for the one open vacancy. Projects: All of our new patrol vehicles have arrived and are currently being outfitted with equipment.

FIRE DEPARTMENT ALAN JONES Events: The Engine 93 crew participated in the Celebrity Reader program at Cleveland Elementary School. Projects: Deputy Chief Linda Black and Division Chief Chris Peacock continue to work on the Lexipol Project; Chief Alan Jones and other City Managment Team members visited the Georgia Capitol; Chief Jones began preparations for the upcoming budget process; Basecamp software project was opened for updating the City Fire Ordinance.

PUBLIC SERVICES CHRIS HINDMAN Public Works: Cleaned City Hall and Police Department; repaired erosion and catch basin near 145 North 85 Parkway; filled in a sink hole on South Jeff Davis Drive; cut and maintained medians on West Lanier Avenue between Grady Avenue and Tiger Trail; patchwork on Sandy Creek Road near Pinewood Atlanta Studios; checked hotspot drain issues; helped Main Street with moving supplies; trimmed crepe myrtles on Jimmy Mayfield Boulevard; removed hedges on South Jeff Davis Drive; cleared off right of way on White Road. Sewer: Average daily flow treated is 4.107 million gallons per day; performed weekly maintenance at 26 lift station sites; maintained wastewater plant and remained in compliance of our permit requirements. Water: Average daily flow of 1.361 million gallons of system demand; repaired three water leaks; performed maintenance on 65 water meters; maintained water plant and remained in compliance of our permit requirements. Utility Locates: 86

HUMAN RESOURCES NELLA COOPER Personnel: Continuing with the implementation of the Performance Management and Performance Appraisals platform on ClearCompany; continuing with roles set-up and goals alignment with job roles; Distributed 1095-C forms; began Property & Casualty insurance renewal process; requesting data from departments for renewal process. Turn Over Report: There was one termination and no new hires.
