The ordinance referenced below was given first reading on September 14, 2020. Public hearing, second reading and final Council action is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.

(TO20-18) ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 26, “MOTOR VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC,” ARTICLE III, “CITY VEHICLE LICENSE,” SECTIONS 26-68 THROUGH 26-74

This amendment would allow for permanent, rather than annual, auto decals, as well as other updates to this code section.

Public hearings will be held electronically. To speak on a public hearing item, complete a speaker form at www.fallschurchva.gov/ PublicComment before noon on the day of the Council meeting. Following submission of the form, you will receive emailed instructions to join the virtual Council meeting.
