As per CommonFloor annual report – “Hyderabad Real Estate in 2015,”Ameerpet offered the highest rental returns in the city with a gross rental yield of approximately 4.2 per cent.
Why does Ameerpet rank high? Ameerpet is an established residential and commercial destination in the city of Hyderabad. The area is a major hub for software and vocational training institutes as well as coaching centres. Offering good social and physical infrastructure, Ameerpet is surrounded by several established commercial areas such as Panjagutta, Begumpet and Banjara Hills.
Moreover, Ameerpet is relatively affordable compared to other prime residential areas such as Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills and Gachibowli. While the weighted average property price in Ameerpet is about Rs 4,100 per sq. ft, it is about Rs 4,800-7,000 per sq. ft in prime residential areas. The approximate monthly rentals in Ameerpet are in the range of Rs 11,000-17,000 for a standard 2BHK property.
