TECHNICAL SKILLS • Conducted research on a projects latitude: analized and identified any geographical issues and architectural needs while being conscious of the future users, climate, local materials and ecological footprint. • Made fiscal models to understand the context of the project and pre-visualize the sketches, represented in the model. • Developed the first blueprints in AutoCAD; starting an approximation of possibilities for the firsts distributions. • Created 3d Modeling in ArchiCAD or Autodesk Revit Architecture to start and visualize the project and explore different building possibilities. • Pre Renderings using Revit Architecture for correct understanding of the project between the client and the creative team. • Developed the final blueprints using AutoCAD and revit architecture for the correct visualization, understanding and future construction of the project. • Performed rendering in 3D Studio Max to present the correct visualization of the project.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND URBAN PLANNING • Conducted on site evaluation of latitude, climate, regional materials and the future users using data bases such as Internet Securities Infolatina. • Designed pavilions, shelters, houses, sport facilities, residential buildings, office buildings, churches and urban projects including subway stations and libraries. • Created blue print designs from the beginning of a project and up to a project´s completion. • Involved in the process of determining project costs, obtaining necesary permits and documentation. • Ensured that project contracts were being fufilled as per agreement.


WORK EXPERIENCE BERMARQ ARQUITECTURA May 2012 - Aug 2012 Construction Supervisor • Supervised 4 residential houses including the management of the contractors, schedules, materials and quality control of the construction process. BERMARQ ARQUITECTURA Dec 2012 - Jan 2013 Architectural Designer • Performed the design of 1 house as a junior architect with a team of two people also taking photography of the recently built houses of the office. BERMARQ ARQUITECTURA May 2013 - Aug 2013 Architectural Designer • Developed Ideas for 1 house from the first blueprints to the final blueprints with a team of two people in the office
