Firstly I want to give a huge thank you to my two incredible supervisors Jonna Ekholm and Johnny Åstrand, who have supported me for a year and a half through two different thesis topics. I’d also like to thank Peter Siöström for supporting me through a rough beginning, and Lars-Henrik who picked up the task of examiner from him. Of course I could not have done this without my wonderful partner Sylvian who made the bad days bearable and the good days incredible. This whole thesis was written about a meter away from him, so he has seen it all. Thank you to my parents who give their unconditional support in whatever way I need.
