All attendants from abroad will stay at the Hilton Hotel Puerto Madero. As this is an Internal Company Meeting, several attendees may have to share accommodation. In this case, they will receive a mail with the name of their roommate before their departure. Room rates only include breakfast. All other expenses will have to be paid by the guest upon check-out. The company will cover accommodation expenses from Tuesday June 26th to Friday June 29th. Any additional days should be paid by the attendees.. DOCUMENTS Passport is the only document necessary to enter Argentina. It is important to bear in mind that in some occasions authorities might request it should not expire within the next six months. TRAVEL ASSISTANCE All attendants should obtain the corresponding Health Insurance for the whole duration of the trip through their local HHRR department.
