REPORT ON PROGRESS
Council will report periodically on the progress of the activities undertaken in achieving the strategic objectives. Key accountability reporting points are: Six monthly reports by the General Manager to Council on progress in achieving the actions in the Delivery Program and Operational Plan. Annual Report by Council which is prepared after the end of the financial year, reporting achievements for each year, against the Delivery Program and Operational Plan. Every four years, tied to the Council election cycle, the End of Term Report, is prepared by the outgoing Council and reports on outcomes achieved and results for the community and council in implementing the Community Strategic Plan during the previous four years. The incoming Council must undertake a review of the Community Strategic Plan and develop its own Delivery Program for the ensuing four years.
