The company has an asset base of approximately USD 70 million for the year ending March 2015. The owned iron ore mines are located in the mineral rich state of Odisha, India. The location of the mines gives the company operational advantage as a number of Integrated Steel Manufacturing facilities are located within the state who are direct buyers of the Iron Ore produced. Estimated reserves of the block have been assessed at 60 Million Tons of high grade iron ore. In 2014 the management of the company decided that the time was right to expand overseas by opening an office in the trading capital of the world – UAE. In our constant endeavor to evolve and increasing commitment in the Middle East the group is in the process of implementing facilities for production of Hydrated Lime and Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) in the Emirate of Fujairah, UAE. Hydrated Lime and PCC are vital input materials for a wide range of industries from Steel to Pharmaceuticals and Cattle Feed. A phased implementation is being adopted. Production from the first phase which involves crushing the Limestone began in March 2018 and implementation of all phases within the following 18 months.

Seven Star Steel Limited The company is in the business of Steel Manufacturing and Power Generation. Through procuring the raw material from its group iron ore mine the company further value adds on the raw material by manufacturing 100,000 Tons Per Annum of Sponge Iron. Furthermore, substantial quantity of this Sponge Iron is used to further value add in the companies Steel Melt Shop to manufacture 30,000 Tons Per Annum of Billet. All this is achieved by generating 8MW of power from the Captive Power Plant by capturing 4MW though waste heat of Sponge Iron Kilns and the balance 4MW through Dolochar waste and coal. Bathwal Plastics Limited The company has had a long standing relation with the Middle East by exporting silk hand embroidered which is used in making of traditional dresses and gowns. One of the leading customers in UAE is Regal Stores with a chain of stores located in Deira and Bur Dubai. We have been privileged to supply to leading design houses in Europe such as Armani and Prada for using our material in creation of their garments. Several times such designers have been awarded for garments, which were made using our material. One such proud example is Miss USA 2008 whose gown designer had purchased our material from one of our suppliers in New York.
