Artsistic gallery is a mid-rise building that functions as an art gallery exhibition, especially for traditional gallery exhibitions. This art gallery adopts the concept of the traditional house of Sumba, NTT which has a characteristic with a roof that supports upwards like a tower shape

TRADISIONAL ARCHITECTURE Sumba traditional houses have roofs that soar upwards that can reach a height of 15-30 meters. The height of the roof means that the higher the roof of this traditional Sumbanese house, the closer they are to their ancestors. This Sumba traditional house is also analogous to a tower so my response to my gallery is to make a formation that is shaped like a tower that rises upwards. This makes my gallery building look magnificent and can give the impression of respect for the ancestors they believe in.

SOLAR SHADING Solar shading with a secondary skin element in the form of a louvre can filter out materials from the outside such as light, dust, noise, and other aspects. Because there is an opening in the form of a window that is large enough to cause excessive heat. Therefore, the use of secondary skin is needed so that the heat of the sun is not too strong and the room is not too hot. This secondary skin also functions as a building aesthetic that unites traditional and modern elements in this gallery.

TOP DAYLIGHTING illumination that comes from the top of the building in the form of a roof or the roof of a building that can emit light into the gallery. By using small voids and using the green floor on the 4th floor, the heat emitted is not too hot. In addition, lighting also occurs on the side of the building. There is a large window building to emit light into these galleries.

This gallery plan illustrates the placement of traditional gallery exhibitions, especially Sumba. In this gallery room, there are photos of Sumba culture and videos explaining Sumba customs. In addition, there is an exhibition of mockups of the Sumba traditional house.

This floor plan is a rooftop cafe floor plan. In the rooftop cafe area there are food and beverage booths for visitors. Visitors can also enjoy the sunset while enjoying the available dishes.

This floor plan is a semi-outdoor stage floor plan that serves to display cultural performances such as dances, songs, and other cultural events. This place can also function for seminars related to culture and other cultural events.

FLUNA EXHIBITION

Building Technology III Assignment of membrane tensile structure

This project is a massive pavilion project, covered with membrane structure roof as a hierarchy of this pavilion. This project located in Taman Waduk, Pluit, Jakarta. This pavilion contains exhibitions of flora and fauna in Indonesia. The concept of the membrane model is inspired by the Tasik batik form with the kawung motif. Batik Kawung is a batik motif whose shape is in the form of a circle similar to a kawung fruit (a type of coconut or sometimes asus as sugar palm or fro) which is neatly arranged geometrically. Sometimes, this motif is also interpreted as a picture of a lotus flower (lotus) with four blooming petals. Lotus is a flower that symbolizes longevity and purity
