About Fresh Leaves Collection, which was inspired by the custom gear that Levi’s hooked JT up with for his ongoing “Man of the Woods” Tour, which arrives at Cleveland’s Quicken Loans Arena on early October, the extensive “Fresh Leaves” collection is the ultimate fall set — 501 Denim, Sherpa Trucker Jackets, hoodies, heavy-set button-down shirts, and even headwear are included in this 20-piece collection. The first time I have seen the collection, I fell in love with “Fresh Leaves” – the brand new collaboration between Justin Timberlake and LEVI’S is everything that represents what I love about the brand. As a fashion editor, I have gathered a small group of young talents to do this project, Khoa Tran is a prominent fashion photographer who works for much well-known agency or brand such as Leflair, Lam Boutique, Ido Production… Meanwhile, Yun (Thanh Hien) studied fashion design as his major back in the university but decided to pursue his career as a fashion stylist. He has them keen eyes for creativity and fresh styling resembles and inspires by Asian fashion subcultures such as Japan or Korea. It’s such a pleasure for me to work with my dear friend, makeup artist Truong My Hang, who always has been supporting me for so many times now. Alongside with another dear friend, Usagi Nguyen, who volunteered to become the model for this special projects, and her friend, Vietnam’s Next Top Model cycle 5 alumni – Nguyen Minh Phong. This is the first time I have worked with Phong but he already impressed me with his light-hearted personality, a beautiful smile, and his natural-born photogenic look.

This project had been named as The Night Is Young, since we discuss how it means to all of us after a long night of hard working from 7 to 4. We’re young folks who share the mutual passion for fashion and photography. The final result is nothing compared to the experiences and all of the fun we had got on set back on that day. And that night, let me tell you, was quite remarkable.
