We have 10 days or less to the start of school. Here is a list to get your ready for the first day!

1. Attend Orientation/Meet the Teacher - Most elementary schools have meet the teacher on Friday, August 6th or Monday August 9. Please check with your childs school.

2. Discuss your morning routine - You might have been enjoying the easier carefree days of summer. Now it is the time to hold some rehearsals in preparation for the big day.

3. Create a morning to-do list - Speaking of mornings, a list might be helpful - Create each child a list of things they need to do in the morning will help keep your mornings running smoothly. Wake up, get dressed, eat your breakfast, brush your teeth, pack your lunch, etc.

4. Brainstorm a list of favorite lunches - Let's talk about lunch - if your child is packing a lunch, start working on some lunch ideas and go shopping for ingredients.

5.Sync up your sleep - I will admit we have got a little bit lax about bedtime. Now is an excellent time to get the kids back on schedule.
