It’s hard to believe it’s that time of year again already, but the Fall Season is once again upon us. Bringing along with it of course all the feels such as brisker weather, leaves falling & changing colors, & also the beautiful scents such as Apple Cider, Pumpkin Spice, & Warm Sweet Potato Pies. When we think of the cooler weather, we also think of snuggling up closer to the ones we love, while taking in their cozy fragrances that are also usually reminiscent of the season. I have compiled my list of popular fall/winter ’22 picks to help accentuate your wardrobe & get you in the mood for all the seasons festivities.

Autumn Rhythm by: Chris Collins (Black owned) Luxury Fragrance price pointed at $225 (50 ml) it is described as Independent, Adventurous, & Earthy. It features a sensual blend of Leather, Cedar, & Musk. It is inspired specifically by the Fall Season as it alludes to the chaos of leaves twisting in the wind. The scent speaks to someone who stays confident in the face of chaos. Dior, Sauvage by: Christian Dior available at www.dior.com & fine retailers priced from $92-165 (2oz.-6.8oz) With warm notes of Bergamot, Pepper, & Amberwood this fragrance is also billed as earthy and woody, while taking its cues from a desert landscape for inspiration it can still be worn in the dead of winter thanks to it being said to have a “nonoverpowering finish.”

Amarose’ by: Justin Macklamore (Black Owned) priced from $45-160 (10ml-50ml) available at www.MacknGnosh.com contains notes of Oaky Vanilla, Oud, Oakmoss, Honey, Bergamot, & Rose said to be sexy & sultry as the “tantalizing aroma embodies sex appeal.” It is also billed as a unisex fragrance.

Versace Eros priced from $102 available atretailers such as Belks, Ulta, & Sephora this top-notch fragrance comes in a chic, Art Deco Style bottle & is both fresh & tropical containing notes of mint, orange, and woody vanilla which are all refreshing. It is often well worn in the summer butis overall a universal cologne.

Paco Rabanne 1 million Lucky eau de toilette $95 available at retailers such as Sephora & Belks. Contains Orange, Cinnamon, Mint, Amber, & Leather it is known to be both fresh & spicy.

Phantom $29.99. Contains Lavender, Vanilla Musk, Cedar, & Oakmoss. It also contains Pumpkinseed oil. I wanted to give honorable mention to another black owned men’s fragrance & body care line Royale Flyness Products available at www.royaleflyness.com I wanted tohighlight one of their limitededition body sprays that I found to be perfect for the fall.
