Ideation Phase
CREATIVITY PROCESS
During the ideation phase finding the right inspiration is key.
Inspiration comes from key words: ON THE GO OUTDOOR LIFE PROOF PERSONAL Inspiration also comes from researching products from another category which answers to the same problematic. Then start sketching to quickly visualise and communicate the intention. I usually focus on different key elements of the product which can offer various little innovative or practical solutions before choosing a direction and developping it.
Development
PRODUCTION PROCESS
During the development phase the 3D and CMF are internaly quoted before being sent out for final manufacturer quotation. Step1: 3D and CMF Step2: Cost approuval Step 3: Manufacturer feasibility and soft tooling test Step4: Final 3D sign off and tooling Step5: First samples from tooling Step6: Sample review Step7: Mass production sign off

GTS 10.8 V-LI Professional ÂŤWhat if a jigsaw becomes cordeless ?Âť Challenges: Be organised and make fast direction decision to find the right concept to develop.
Role: I worked on concept mock-ups in order to find the right ergonomy. I sketched different solutions following the well established Bosch design language. One of my renderings was selected to be developed for the final design.

Ideation Phase
CREATIVITY PROCESS
During the ideation phase I was playing around with the internal part in order to find the perfect architecture. Step 1: Make architecture concepts to find the best size and the best handling. Step 2: Make a quick mock up to assess the concepts. Step3: Make a decision and finalize the ID with a digital sketch following the BOSCH design guide lines Step4: Select the final ID and start building the 3D
