Speech Being the best man at your guys’ wedding was an experience I will never forget. I couldn’t imagine being part of a more incredible wedding for two more incredible people. You two are perfect for each other and always seem to be on the same page with everything. Patrick has traveled all over the world and we always wondered where he would end up, but after the trip to Mexico it is apparent that it doesn’t matter where he ends up because Silvia will always be his home. I am so proud of the two of you and know that this is just the beginning of all the great journeys and experiences you will share together. Seeing you two on your wedding day was the most beautiful & special thing I’ve been a part of in a long time. No one could deny how in love you two are. The way you look at each other, smile at each other, support each other - it makes me realize that you’ve both truly found the right person. I cannot wait to visit you guys, wherever you are in the future. I know no matter the location and the bumps in the road along the way, you two will be able to make the absolute best out of it. This has been one of the most unbelievable weeks we have ever spent anywhere! Oaxaca is beautiful, your friends are hilarious, and all the events were perfect. Your ceremony with the Zapotec priest was incredibly moving, although Barrett (aka Ocito) knocked the “Adams Rib” section of the Bible out of the park!! Your family (Changs) are incredible people. I think you both showed how wonderfully thoughtful you both are. Everything was anticipated and palnned. We are sad to leave, but ecstatic that we will get to see you in three weeks.

Patrick, you are an incredible person. Your friends know how special you are. THe way you handle life with humor and acceptance is humbling. I am very proud of all you have done and become.
