What is Sani Dental Group? Sani Dental Group is one of the largest dental groups in Mexico, located in Los Algodones, Baja California. As a proud member of the ADA (American Dental Association) Sani Dental Group is the best option for dental health. Our professionals are extensively trained to complete all dental work anyone may need. Our staff consists of 27 doctors with different specialties and experience ranging from 5 to 30 years, serving to patients mainly from the USA and Canada. As a corporate, Sani Dental Group has several options to facilitate the patient’s visit in order to improve his dental health which includes dental clinics for different targets, arrangements on accommodation, transportation and food service. Sani Dental Group is a conglomerate of four clinics for different types of patients: Sani Dental Group, Sani Platinum, Class Dental Care, and Dentallium Solutions.

How does the clinic operate?
Sani Dental Group has not the typical dental process where a single Doctor (who’s not a specialist in everything) does all the treatment. In Sani Dental Group your clients may be seen by as many specialists as their treatment requiers to achieve the best result for their dental treatment.
While the patient waits to be attended by Diagnosis consultation, if the treatment requires it, the patient can start by taking x-rays to avoid waiting time.
At Sani Dental Group the patient may be treated by many Doctors depending on the treatment, so in a single session in our office all the work can be done instead of several days at other clinics. Having different specialized Doctors working in dental treatment will assure the patient the best result for it.

The Call Center. Another competitive advantage. Our internal call center is developed to provide personal attention to all the patients by direct dental advisor contact, automatized e-mail system and speed feedback.

The dental advisor receives an enquire (by e-mail or phone call) requesting dental information. After being analyzed, the advisor provides the information including treatment procedure, estimate and time frame. After the information has been sent, the patient receives a follow up phone call to solve any doubts about the information sent previously while helping the patient set up an appointment based on the patient itinerary.
Following the appointment, the process of the automatized e-mails begins. The dental advisor uploads the patient information to the system in order to initiate the mailing system which includes an appointment confirmation, an appointment reminder and to finalize the process a feedback service. This process helps the clinic to have more control over the appointment agenda, in order to avoid missing appointments and to improve quality service.
