The median sales price in Reno for an existing single-family residence in December 2021 was $555,000; a 2.1 percent decrease the previous month and a 11 percent increase from December 2020. All sales numbers are for existing “stick built, single-family dwellings” only and do not include condominiums, townhomes, manufactured, modular or newly constructed homes. The existing condominium/townhome median sales price for December 2021 in Reno was $329,000; an increase of 13.4 percent from the prior year.
